Home Inspection - 2 Year Warranty Final Snags

Coming to the end of your 2 year warranty? If you are still within your 2 year warranty period you can still submit a snag report. Even if you have had a report before. Most defects will reflect within the 2 years and on average we save our clients ££££ on final snag reports. We can also help with on going defects that your builder will still be responsible for out- with your warranty period.
